How does the free installation work? +
After completing your purchase, you'll be prompted to provide your server credentials (cPanel username, password, and URL). Your credentials are encrypted with AES-256 and automatically deleted 48 hours after installation. Our team installs the software within 24 hours.
Is the source code editable? +
Yes! You receive 100% of the source code written in PHP. You can customize, modify, and extend it however you need for your business.
What license plans are available? +
We offer three license plans: 1 Website ($), 3 Websites, and 5 Websites. Each license allows you to use the software on the specified number of domains.
What is the refund policy? +
All sales are final. Since our products are digital goods delivered via professional installation on your server (full source code + free installation), we do not offer refunds. Please review product demos and features carefully before purchasing. Contact us with any pre-sale questions.
What PHP version is required? +
Most of our applications require PHP 7.4+ or PHP 8.0+. Each product page lists the exact requirements.
Do I need a database? +
Most applications require MySQL 5.7+ or MariaDB 10.3+. Some products also work with SQLite for smaller deployments.
How do I activate my license? +
After purchase, go to Dashboard → Licenses. Add your domain(s) to activate the license. Licenses are verified online periodically.
Can I use the software on localhost? +
Yes, localhost is excluded from license counting. Use it freely for development and testing.
How long does support last? +
Every purchase includes 6 months of priority developer support. After that, you can still access community resources and documentation. You can also renew support separately.
